I have finally reached a level of Zen in which nothing can truly bother me. If something unexpected happens, or plans don’t go as planned (like they seldom do) worrying, getting mad or bothered by it will never fix the issue. It will most certainly make the situation worse 120% of the time. It is a wasted emotion like jealousy. Ignorance used to bother me until I realized that I do not have to be around it if I choose not to.
